You Don’t Need A New Word…
You Need A Living Word
We began this series when churches were asked to shut down in Georgia to “slow the spread” of COVID-19. We live-streamed from our home the first week and then from the church the second week with just essential staff. We then felt the liberty to let people come who wanted to be in person at church. By the fourth week, we were basically open as normal. Attendance was down but we found that people wanted to gather and we didn’t want to discourage the gathering of God’s people. We now know that the shutting down of businesses, churches, and schools hurt society more than it helped. We pray these messages are a blessing to you on this side of the COVID event.
If you want to know what God is currently saying, be intimately familiar with what God has said. He will use His Word to lead and guide you. The Word you have tucked away in your heart can come alive by the breath of God when you're having trouble connecting with Him. You hear God!
